After 76 days of waiting, we have good news to share.  Montgomery County has officially permitted the plans to move forward with building the Pickleball Hideout facility.   We are excited to share the news with you as our anticipation grew each day we didn’t hear back from the county.   Whew!  We are glad that wait is over!

Next steps:

Now that we have permits in hand, we need ONE more entity to sign off on the project before we can break ground.  The POA. We have already submitted everything to them and are expecting a fast turn around time for their approval. 🤞🏻

Once this is complete, we get to break ground and officially start building.
