What is an “Open Play” session?     2023-12-06T00:05:41+00:00

“Open Play” is a regularly-scheduled, organized event where players can show up to play without a partner. Players rotate in and out to mix/match with others of similar skill levels, creating a fun, dynamic, and social environment. “Open Play” sessions are scheduled multiple times a week to give players a chance to meet other players and experience the social side of pickleball.  If you do not want to play with different partners throughout the evening, and prefer to stay with your group, you should reserve a court instead. The term “Open Play” implies no court reservation required, however pre-registering is required to make sure you get a spot.

As agreed in the Terms of Use and posted at the facility, a violation fee will be charged to the account of anyone granting access to another player without a valid entrance code–also known as piggybacking, which is not allowed.
