The Search For Land…. Has Ended!
As most of us who fall in love with the game of pickleball, it’s also very probable the thought has come across the mind of owning your own facility one day. This thought was top of mind for our group of friends in Montgomery County. As the real estate market went through it’s ups and downs in the last two years, we kept our eye on the perfect piece of land.
Nestled off of HWY 105 and minutes away from downtown Montgomery, the land was spotted and eventually purchased on November 18th, 2022.
Just over one acre was purchased with the intention of building Montgomery’s first dedicated indoor pickleball facility which would have 6 premier indoor courts.
A Time For Celebration!
At the end of the day, we got together to celebrate the first step in achieving our dreams.
The sign was staked, champagne was popped and pickleball (cough cough) was played for the first time on the soon to be land of 6 indoor courts.
